Sam's Club #6610 3951 Grand Ave Chino, CA 91710-5429 Position: R-177069 Pay: $19.00 - $27.00/hr* Employment: Full time Shifts: May vary Position Summary Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise, collaborates with cross-functional teams, educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources, communicates effectively, and remains flexible to meet business needs in other areas. What You'll Do Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future productions and mass productions, prepare for seasonality, adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management, operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment, and demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilize handheld technology for production decisions, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick-up orders, training, and product quality. Be an Owner: Drive performance of the area, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control standards, eliminate waste, provide member service, acknowledge members, identify member needs, assist with purchasing decisions, process payment types, locate merchandise, and resolve member issues and concerns. Be a Talent Ambassador: Act as a brand advocate, develop, influence, and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style, address roadblocks, and assist in training. Ensure compliance: Follow company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, use the Open Door Policy, implement action plans, collaborate with managers and partners, identify priorities, communicate progress, recommend improvement opportunities, and adapt to change, difficulties, and feedback.
