Experience working in a professional beauty environment with proficiency in hair coloring, styling, extensions, and nail care. Strong understanding of sanitation practices and salon safety protocols. Familiarity with salon management software like MINDBODY or similar platforms for scheduling and retail management. Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members alike. Ability to perform detailed work such as eyelash extensions or hair threading with precision.
