Material Handler (Sit Down and Clamp)

Job Description

We are hiring a Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations by safely moving materials, managing inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring materials are properly staged throughout the facility.

Location: Arlington, TX 76017
Schedule: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM (2-2-3 Rotating Schedule)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Duties:

Safely operate a forklift to stage materials, load and unload trucks, and transfer materials throughout the plant and departments.
Maintain inventory by identifying, placing, and recording materials and supplies in the proper locations.
Prepare finished products for shipment by identifying, pulling, securing, and staging products in the correct location.
Maintain a safe, organized, FIFO-controlled warehouse while following all safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements:

Forklift operation and warehouse/material handling experience preferred.
Knowledge of safety requirements and guidelines in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow standardized work instructions, and adhere to safe work practices.
Ability to communicate respectfully, work well with others, take coaching, and contribute to a positive teamwork culture.
