Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• LA State License
• BLS
• 2 years experience required

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM scheduling
• Weekend requirement: 4 weekend shifts per month
• May float to other general medicine floors
• Emergency team assignment may be required during emergency events, with expectation to remain at the facility until the event passes or serve as part of the relief team
