SHIFT MANAGER – RESPONSIBILITIES

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers plan each shift, monitor performance, take actions to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a successful shift. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping their assigned departments meet their goals.
