Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Present menus, answer questions about dishes and wine pairings, and make recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation standards are met
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any special requests or concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including tables, silverware, and glassware
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with restaurant policies

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a professional appearance
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tables simultaneously
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairing is preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
