If at any time you would like to opt out of text messaging, respond "STOP".As part of the application process, you agree that TekSynap Corporation may retain and use your name, e-mail, and contact information for purposes related to employment consideration.ResponsibilitiesPerform day-to-day management of overall project/contract support operations, possibly involving multiple tasks and groups of personnel at multiple locations.Manage project scope by ensuring changes to scope are documented and approved.Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports when requested.Lead, coach, and motivate team members.Make decisions and recommendations based on the business need for each project, and makes ongoing decisions based on what's best for the organization.Ensure all Information Assurance Vulnerability Management updates are tested, evaluated, deployed, and documented for covered systems.Ensure compliance with specified operational parameters, guidelines, and standards set forth by Federal, DoD, Army, JSP, and other relevant entities.Adhere to applicable directives including CJCSM, DoD Security Requirements Guide, NIST publications, and other relevant standards.Support senior and executive-level management briefings, preparing high-level technical documents and presentations as necessary.Prepare Monthly In-Progress Reviews (IPR) detailing program status, milestones achieved, risks, and deliverables.Provide Program Administrative/Financial Status Reports in sync with invoicing cycles, outlining labor/cost data and financial summaries.Develop and implement onboarding, training, and validation processes for all staff, ensuring compliance with minimum requirements and certifications.Monitor network performance, proactively making recommendations for improvement and resolving potential problems.Ensure proper labeling, tracking, and documentation of all program assets, adhering to government procedures and standards.Interface with government personnel and customers to convey program status and ensure smooth coordination and communication.Required QualificationsExperience: 2-5 Years ExperienceCertifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationClearance: Must possess Top Secret/SCI clearanceWork Environment and Physical DemandsLocation: Arlington, VAType of environment: OfficeNoise level: MediumWork schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday – Friday.
