Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Licensed in Texas or eligible to obtain an active medical license.
• Preferably possess BLS and ACLS certifications.
