We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician III to support our overnight manufacturing operations and help keep our equipment running at peak performance. Monday - Thursday | 8:10 PM - 6:30 AM Fridays as needed based on business demands What You’ll Do As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you'll play a critical role in supporting production by: Performing preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Diagnosing equipment issues and reducing downtime through effective problem‑solving Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings Assisting with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements Maintaining accurate maintenance records and work orders Supporting facility, utility, and building maintenance needs Following all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements Ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety standards Collaborating with production teams to improve reliability, efficiency, and performance What We're Looking For 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems preferred Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Self‑motivated, dependable, and solution‑oriented mindset Preferred Electrical, Automation & Robotics Experience Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems (120V, 240V, and 480V) Knowledge of motor controls, VFDs, sensors, relays, and control circuits Experience working with PLCs and industrial automation systems Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Experience troubleshooting and supporting robotic or automated manufacturing equipment Familiarity with HMI systems, controls integration, and automated production lines Understanding of electrical safety standards and preventive maintenance practices Technical certifications, training, or education in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, or related fields are a plus Competitive pay Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off & Personal Time Off Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Modern, clean manufacturing environment Collaborative culture focused on safety, respect, and continuous improvement Fischer Paper Products is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace.
