Job Title RN: Registered Nurse Manager Job Summary Responsible for overseeing a 40‑bed long‑term care unit within a 168‑bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Duties include supervising day‑to‑day nursing activities, developing and maintaining nursing‑service objectives and standards, creating policies and procedures, coordinating nursing services with other resident service offerings, ensuring adequate nurse staffing, and delegating assigned duties and responsibilities.
