Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Maintain an active New Jersey LPN license in good standing

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to care plans and physician orders

• Monitor residents' health and promptly report changes in condition

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care

• Follow all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations and safety standards
