Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $19 - $19 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Custodial Supervisor:

• Support management in maintaining high cleanliness and sanitation standards within a hospital environment

• Conduct inspections, provide training, and hold team members accountable for quality and performance standards

• Coach and support frontline associates to help improve performance and morale

• Build and maintain positive working relationships with employees, customers, and hospital staff

• Assist with hands-on cleaning and sanitizing duties as needed

• Help ensure all work areas remain safe, clean, and compliant with facility standards

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 2nd Shift (Evening)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Previous supervisory experience required

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs. without assistance

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch, and climb for extended periods throughout the shift

• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

• Background check and drug test required
