Birch Creek Post Acute & Rehabilitation offers around-the-clock skilled nursing in a residential setting. Our community features an outdoor recreation area, a patio garden, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, a library, pastoral support, and transportation services. Large 1000 sqft gym space at south end of building with lots of windows/natural light, ADL Bathroom and Kitchen/Laundry training spaces, OmniVR: 3-D virtual reality system used for strengthening, balance, endurance, coordination, and cognitive skills development. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Current state of practice OT License. Experience in Skilled Nursing settings preferred.
