Restaurant Manager

About the Position

Trevor's is looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will support the restaurant team to deliver exceptional food and beverage offerings with Above & Beyond hospitality. You will also support the retail team with projects that involve both teams.

You Will
* Have a relentless dedication to making each guest experience great.
* Ensure the food and beverage items are prepared and presented to our guests with the highest possible quality.
* Constantly train our team members so that they provide better and better experiences for our guests.
* Oversee all FOH and BOH team members.
* Maintain restaurant safety and cleanliness standards throughout the entire building.
* Report to the Restaurant General Manager.

What We're Looking For
* 21 years of age or older
* Ability to work a full-time schedule as business requires including nights, weekends and holidays
* Knowledge of food, spirits, beer and wine
* Hospitality excellence
* Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
* Value collaboration and acting as a team player
* Desire to develop knowledge of product and services
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
