Senior Product Manager

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our VA team, coordinating and driving resolution of complex engineering challenges that impact Veteran-facing systems across VA OIT. What you'll be doing: Own project planning, milestone tracking, and resource coordination across a cross-functional technical response team Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication, keeping teams aligned and driving resolution Coordinate rapid-response efforts across VA program offices and engineering teams to address enterprise-level technical issues Lead change management and communicate program progress clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Facilitate collaboration across teams and navigate competing priorities with clarity and confidence Manage project tracking in Jira or similar tooling What you’ll bring: Federal IT experience, ideally with the VA Strong organizational skills with a track record of hitting milestones across complex, multi-team programs Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — you're comfortable with senior stakeholders and know how to keep a room moving Experience navigating cross-functional technical environments with competing priorities Familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools Thrives in a remote, collaborative Agile environment and genuinely enjoys working across engineering and product teams Communicates clearly and openly, whether running a cross-team sync or briefing leadership Performs other related duties as assigned Requirements: Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
