Hwy 55 Burgers, Shakes & Fries – Sanford, NC.

Job Overview:
Hwy 55 is looking for dependable and motivated team members to join our kitchen. In this role, you’ll help prepare food with accuracy and speed while supporting a smooth and efficient  kitchen.  If you enjoy staying busy and take pride in doing things the right way, this is a great fit.

Responsibilities:  

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Hwy 55 standards. 
• Ensure orders are accurate and completed in a timely manner. 
• Support team members to keep the kitchen running smoothly. 
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards. 
• Monitor food quality and consistency. 

Kitchen Stations:

• Grill Station: Burgers, cheesesteaks, grilled chicken. 
• Bun Station: Assemble sandwiches to order. 
• Fry Station: Prepare sides and fried items.

 
Training is provided across all stations.

Requirements: 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong teamwork and communication skills. 
• Attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
