Line Cook - Summer Seasonal at La Colina, Trailhead Lodge

Join our dynamic team at La Colina, located inside Trailhead Lodge, for an exciting summer season opportunity. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled cook to contribute to our vibrant kitchen environment. If you are passionate about food preparation and eager to work in a small, fast-paced setting, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep for daily service

- Support the kitchen team in executing menu items, which includes Mexican cuisine.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace

- Assist with cooking and plating as needed during service

- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food prep role preferred

- Ability to work efficiently in a small, busy kitchen environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

- Flexibility to work during the summer season, including weekends and evenings

- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
