Kankakee Autism Care Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Support Technician to join our part-time after-school program in Kankakee, IL. Join us!WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORIf you meet the following criteria, we want you as our Behavioral Support Technician!Active RBT certificationHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to collect accurate data and maintain HIPAA-compliant recordsStrong communication skillsPatience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others improve their lives through behavioral therapyUnderstanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentialityExperience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities and knowledge of ABA principles are preferred.Keep reading to learn more about this part-time role!DAY-TO-DAYThis is a part-time position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 7 PM.As our Behavioral Support Technician, you'll work directly with children in an after-school setting by implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans and providing individualized behavioral support.
