HR Generalist & Onboarding Specialist
Topcon Positioning Systems
Topcon Positioning Group in Fort Atkinson, WI seeks an HR Representative to support hiring, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations. You will ensure data accuracy across HRIS and payroll processes and coordinate communications with local teams.
Responsibilities include recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, payroll audits, compliance with labor laws, and local engagement initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree in HR and 1 year of HR experience preferred.
