Requirements:

Previous experience in Commercial Plumbing
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience laying out and installing all sizes of copper, cast iron, gas, and PVC pipe
Skilled in both soldering and using a Pro Press for pipe connections
Ability to perform leak and pressure testing on plumbing systems
Knowledge of proper insulation materials and techniques for copper piping
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents
Maintain as-built drawings with redline changes
Own Tools and Transportation

Duties/Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and equipment
Inspect plumbing systems to find and fix issues
Handle service calls for emergency and warranty-related plumbing issues
Operate power and hand tools to get the job done
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in commercial plumbing
Follow all safety rules, building codes, and all OSHA regulations

Physical Requirements:

Capable of lifting over 50 lbs and working in tight spaces
Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and high places
Able to work in different weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
