Purchasing Representative
Location: Katy, TX
Pay Rate: $20 to $25 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Summary:
Integrity Trade Services is seeking a Purchasing/Inside Sales Representative for a temp-to-hire position in the Katy area. This role requires a customer-focused professional with experience in the Oil & Gas industry to assist clients with their equipment and consumable needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders, managing customer accounts, sourcing products, and ensuring excellent service.

Job Duties:

• Customer Engagement: Assist walk-in and phone-in customers by identifying and fulfilling their equipment and supply needs.
• Sales & Order Processing: Manage incoming sales inquiries, process orders, and provide accurate quotes.
• Product Sourcing: Work with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary materials and ensure timely delivery.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders as needed, and ensure product availability.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing customers while actively developing new business opportunities.
• Industry Expertise: Utilize Oil & Gas industry knowledge to recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow-Up & Support: Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups, problem resolution, and proactive communication.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry (purchasing, sales, or related field).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage client needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in order processing, inventory management, and supplier coordination is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software is preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
