Job Summary In this role, you will be working as a Wood Shop Supervisor for a client in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for leading daily production operations for a Wood Shop. This is a contract-to-hire role that is a long-term need for the client. The role must be worked on-site. Pay: $65,000-$75,000 per year. Responsibilities Lead daily production operations for the wood shop. Manage quality and safety standards. Plan, assign and prioritize daily work orders to meet production deadlines and customer requirements. Oversee fabrication, milling, shaping and finishing of custom millwork, cabinetry, wood fixtures, etc. Ensure employees observe and comply with OSHA standards and safety requirements. Qualifications Associate’s Degree or vocational training in woodworking. 3+ years of experience in a wood shop, millwork or cabinetry environment.
