We are seeking an experienced Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee billing, collections, accounts receivable/payable, and financial compliance in our Skilled Nursing Facility. This role is key to ensuring accurate financial performance while supporting residents and families with professionalism and compassion. ** Prior SNF Business Office Manager experience required What You’ll Do Manage all business office functions, including billing, AR/AP, collections, and Medicaid Pending applications. Ensure accuracy in Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing. Oversee resident trust accounts, petty cash, and financial reconciliations. Partner with admissions, nursing, and home office billing to maintain census and compliance. Lead with integrity, ensuring confidentiality and operational excellence. What We’re Looking For Prior SNF Business Office Manager experience required. Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing and collections. Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Degree in business/accounting preferred. Why Join?
