Controller / Accounting Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Controller / Accounting Manager to join our team.

What You’ll Do

 Lead, train, and develop accounting staff

 Oversee Accounts Payable, cash clearing, titles, and licensing functions

 Manage daily banking activity and cash management processes

 Reconcile accounts and maintain financial accuracy and integrity

 Post payroll entries and prepare monthly journal entries

 Prepare monthly financial statements and reporting packages

 Complete monthly and quarterly bank reporting requirements

 Support internal and external audit processes

 Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

 Assist leadership with financial analysis and operational support

What We’re Looking For

 10+ years of accounting experience, or 5+ years with relevant education and progressive

accounting leadership experience

 Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

 Advanced Excel and general computer proficiency

 Experience with accounting and financial management systems

 Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage multiple responsibilities

 A dependable, hands-on leader who takes ownership and drives results

 Automotive, dealership, or multi-location experience is a plus
