If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping others, and are ready to take the next step in your customer service career—this is the role for you.Benefits: Employee discounts, flexible schedule, training & developmentWhat You'll Do:Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails per day from customers regarding tax software and refund programs.Make outbound calls to clients confirming appointments for offices across the regionAssist consumers with refund advance programs and troubleshoot account issues.Accurately document all customer interactions for trend analysis and quality assurance.Maintain high service levels and call quality standards.Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure positive customer experience.What We're Looking For:1+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred).Tax preparation experience is preferred.
