Key Responsibilities Hit the road from home, servicing customers on-site in a company‑provided van equipped with the latest tools and diagnostic technology. Maintain and repair forklifts, heavy machinery, and material handling equipment across warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing industries. Deliver on‑site service with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. Diagnose complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues with precision and efficiency. Execute top‑quality repairs and preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and minimize breakdowns. Maintain WMH and customer equipment at peak performance through scheduled maintenance, inspections, and safety checks. Train and develop junior technicians, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of excellence. Set the gold standard in service, helping newer technicians refine their skills and elevate their careers.
