Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Telemetry

Location: Biddeford, ME

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry. This role will involve caring for patients in an acute inpatient setting and providing high-quality telemetry monitoring and medical-surgical care.

Responsibilities:

Monitor patients' telemetry and vital signs
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist with patient care in a medical-surgical unit
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Participate in patient education and discharge planning
Fulfill call shift requirements as needed

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Current RN license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
Telemetry and acute inpatient care experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
