CNC Machinist
- Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes, mills, and vertical turret lathes
- Write and optimize G-code programs for maximum efficiency
- Machine carbon steel, stainless, and alloy components to precise tolerances
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings with precision
- Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds for each job
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments
- Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure safety compliance
- Pay: $30-$35/hour based on experience
- Overtime available at 1.5x pay

What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of hands-on CNC machining experience
- Proven experience with CNC lathes (VTL and HTL) OR CNC mills (VMC and HBM)
- G-code programming skills (Fanuc, Haas, or Siemens controls)
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
- Experience machining metal components - carbon steel and stainless required; oilfield, pipeline, or alloy/duplex experience a strong plus
- High school diploma or GED; trade school or technical certification preferred
- Reliable transportation to Rosenberg
