Corporate/M&A/Securities/Finance Attorney
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Corporate/M&A/Securities/Finance Attorney to join their team in one of their various office locations including Wilmington, DE; Boca Raton, FL; Baltimore, MD; Hackensack, NJ; or Manhattan, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing firm, offering competitive compensation and the chance to work on complex and sophisticated transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of corporate, M&A, securities, and finance transactions from start to finish
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on transactional matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis as needed
- Collaborate with other attorneys and team members to achieve client objectives
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in the respective location(s) of interest
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate M&A, securities, and/or finance
- Strong academic credentials with a demonstrated record of achievement
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
