Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operational processes to support the firm’s advisory teams and clients. Based in Charlotte, NC in a hybrid capacity, this role combines in-office collaboration with flexibility for some work from home. Managing workflows, maintaining and improving operational procedures, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution of client service activities. Monitoring key operational metrics, supporting compliance and risk management processes, and driving process improvements that enhance efficiency and client experience. Assisting the Client Service Director with client tasks. Managing vendor relationships, assisting with technology and system implementations, and supporting special projects as the firm grows. Qualifications Strong operations management skills, including process design, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement. Experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related professional services environment is highly beneficial. Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or portfolio management systems; comfort learning new technologies and platforms. Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Charlotte, NC, balancing independent work and in‑person collaboration. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
