Respiratory Therapist (RRT) 13-Week Travel Contract Location: Glenwood Springs, CO Facility: Valley View Hospital Job Type: 13-Week Contract Schedule: 3 x 12-hour Day Shifts with weekend rotation (36 hours/week) Start Date: November 3, 2026 We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a respected hospital in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This travel opportunity is ideal for respiratory therapists looking to work in a collaborative healthcare environment while providing exceptional patient care. Job Responsibilities Assess, treat, and monitor patients with cardiopulmonary and respiratory conditions. Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and mechanical ventilation. Respond to respiratory emergencies and provide critical care support. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team. Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with hospital policies. Requirements Minimum 5 years of Respiratory Therapy experience. Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential. Active BLS/BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications. Ability to work 12-hour day shifts with weekend rotation. Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
