Assistant Store Manager

Description We’re looking for an exceptional Assistant Manager with 2+ years of automotive experience who is driven to deliver outstanding customer service and leads by example. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who coaches from the front and pushes their team to improve every day in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Requirements Minimum 2 years of automotive experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light-to-moderate physical work Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions, including hot and cold environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
