Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to assist a pleasant senior couple in Plano, TX (75075). Both clients are living with dementia but remain independently functioning and active in their daily lives. They may occasionally become confused; however, they are consistently oriented to self, place, and time. We are looking for a caregiver who can provide support, structure, and encouragement while promoting independence and quality of life. Responsibilities Include: * Medication reminders * Transportation to doctor's appointments * Transportation to social activities and outings with friends * Daily meal and food preparation * Grocery shopping and errands * Promoting a safe, healthy, and organized home environment * Providing companionship and meaningful engagement * Communicating changes, concerns, or observations to the care team Requirements: * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Experience working with seniors and/or individuals with dementia preferred * Dependable, patient, and professional demeanor * Ability to encourage independence while providing appropriate support Schedule: * Sunday - Wednesday * 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: * $19.00 per hour If you enjoy building meaningful relationships and helping seniors remain active and independent, we would love to hear from you.
