This role ensures high-quality, resident-centered care through service planning, team leadership and collaboration with clinical partners.What You'll Do:Lead daily operations of assigned neighborhood(s) in compliance with regulations and Sunrise standardsParticipate in resident evaluations and develop Service PlansCreate staffing schedules and daily care assignments based on resident needsLead move-in meetings and coordinate care with the Resident Care Director when clinical support is neededMonitor changes in resident condition and ensure timely communication with families and providersPartner with Dining and Activities teams to enhance the resident experienceMaintain compliance with QAPI, OSHA and regulatory requirementsManage department budget, labor and expensesRecruit, hire, train and coach care team membersConduct performance reviews and promote team engagementResident Care Coordinator – Lead Compassionate Care and Support Resident Well-BeingResident Care Coordinator | Assisted Living | Care Management | Senior Living | Team Leadership | Resident CarePay Range: 60,840.00 - 81,224.00Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
