Registered Nurse - Critical Care

This role is for an RN Clinical Nurse in Critical Care, responsible for delivering high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team.

Key duties include performing the nursing process - assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation - using evidence-based practices, and ensuring care is individualized and culturally sensitive.

The nurse collaborates effectively with patients, families, and team members through clear communication, interdisciplinary rounds, and patient education.

Qualifications include an associates or diploma in nursing (bachelor's preferred), current RN licensure (single or multi-state), and certifications in BLS and ACLS.

Minimum of two years of direct patient care experience, strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and proficiency with healthcare technology are required.
