Staff Pharmacist

Soliant is hiring a Staff Pharmacist for a 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity on a busy 2nd shift team. If you're looking for a stable weekday schedule and a fast-paced pharmacy environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

Schedule:

13-week temp-to-perm

Monday-Friday

2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Oversee prescription fulfillment while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Perform Drug Utilization Reviews (DUR) and maintain accurate pharmacy documentation
Communicate with patients, providers, and pharmacy staff
Manage pharmacy inventory and medication supplies
Prepare and package prescriptions for shipment and site administration, including refrigerated and specialty medications

Requirements:

Active Texas Pharmacist license required
Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience required
Ability to thrive in a high-volume pharmacy setting
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
