Commercial Real Estate Associate (4+ Years)

Miller & Martin is seeking a talented Commercial Real Estate Associate attorney with 4+ years of experience to join our established and growing Real Estate Practice. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions for developers, investors, lenders, and business clients while enjoying meaningful client contact, hands‑on responsibility, and a collaborative team environment. Our attorneys are trusted advisors to clients across the Southeast, handling acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, financing, and complex commercial real estate matters. What You’ll Do Support commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing. Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and related transaction documents. Work directly with clients and play a meaningful role in managing deals and client relationships. Collaborate with experienced attorneys across real estate, corporate, banking, and tax practices. What We’re Looking For Attorney with 4+ years of commercial real estate experience. Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-management skills. Licensed in Tennessee and/or Georgia desired although candidates who are eligible and/or willing to become licensed in either Tennessee and/or Georgia will be considered.
