ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative school district in Blue Springs, Missouri for the 2026–2027 school year . This is an excellent opportunity to work with an elementary caseload while partnering with an experienced team of speech professionals, including an onsite SLP-A and an in-house supervising SLP.

Job Details:

• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Location: Blue Springs, MO
• School Year: August 25, 2026 – May 27, 2027
• Full-Time
• 35 hours per week
• Onsite position only
• Elementary school caseload
• Approximately 76 students receiving services
  • 21 students on your case management caseload
  • An onsite SLP-A (2–3 days per week) will assist with service delivery
• The SLP will serve as the case manager while collaborating with the SLP-A
• An additional in-house SLP is available to provide supervision for the SLP-A
• Contract position with potential for renewal based on performance
• Pay rate: $45-50/ hour

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
• Active Missouri Speech-Language Pathologist license 
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school-based experience is preferred
• Experience collaborating with Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLP-As) is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, case management, and documentation skills
