All levels welcome from mid-level to staff, principal, and lead designers.Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving, and shipped work. Required for all applicants.Design Tools: Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.Prototyping Tools: Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Framer, Principle, or InVision.Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred or equivalent practical experience.Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, collaboration, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Why Work With Us?
