We are seeking Clinical Therapists who are committed to walking alongside clients through their challenges while growing their own clinical skills in a supportive and mission-driven environment. Fill open spots in your current private practice without the administrative burden Fully remote or Hybrid work schedule of your choice Responsibilities Conduct clinical assessments and evaluations. Develop and contribute to individualized treatment plans. Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions. Demonstrated ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds effectively Maintain a caseload to support a minimum of 15 completed client sessions per week (minimum availability of 20 hours per week) Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field from a CACREP Accredited Program Must be independently licensed to practice in the state of Tennessee Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions and treatment modalities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients Empathy and compassion for individuals with behavioral health concerns Knowledge of and adherence to legal and ethical guidelines in mental health practice Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience with children and/or adolescents with mental health issues (trauma, anxiety, transitional issues, identity, depression, etc.) Why Join Us?
