Product Manager

About the Position: We are rapidly growing and looking for a dynamic Product Manager to join our team in Lebanon, Ohio. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the product life cycle, from initial market research to final launch. With nine new products slated for release this year, you will be at the forefront of our New Product Development stage/gate process. We need a cross‑functional leader who can collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations to deliver high‑performing, durable goods that meet our strategic growth goals. Key Responsibilities: Drive the New Product Development stage/gate process to quickly develop and launch products that meet revenue and margin goals. Manage the complete life cycle for your assigned product portfolio, ensuring predictable progress and clear communication of risks. Act as the primary product expert and liaison, supporting sales, marketing, engineering, and customer service teams. Identify new product opportunities and evaluate feasibility to establish a robust pipeline of future solutions. Collaborate cross‑functionally to solve warranty and quality issues while introducing continuous product enhancements. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Product Management related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment. At least 2 years of direct product or project management experience. Proven experience working with durable goods, physical assemblies, or equipment. Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication skills with a track record of successful cross‑functional collaboration.
