Serving as the onboarding expert for newly acquired clients, the full-time remote Client Success Specialist will manage the end-to-end onboarding of employee benefit programs, collaborating with Client Executives and ensuring successful configuration and launch of benefits. Key responsibilities Design and direct onboarding strategies, timelines, and risk mitigation plans for assigned clients Lead client success meetings, establish agendas, and ensure accountability for outcomes Execute the setup and onboarding of employee benefit programs with carriers and vendors Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in employee benefits brokerage, benefits administration, or implementation roles Demonstrated experience leading client onboarding or implementation projects Experience advising on benefits administration, eligibility rules, and platform configuration Active Life & Health insurance license preferred Strong analytical and client relationship management skills
