Position Details
$20.00/hr - $24.00/hr PLUS Quarterly Bonuses!
Full-Time Availability - We are seeking individuals who can work a flexible schedule, encompassing evenings, weekends, and variable holiday shifts.
Position Summary
- Customer Engagement: Ensure customers are assisted in their purchases via face-to-face and virtual appointments, making each interaction personalized and memorable.
- Sales Lead Administration: Skillfully manage a significant number of incoming sales leads to meet both individual and team objectives and revenue benchmarks.
- Online Customer Care: Take a proactive approach in responding to online customer inquiries, offering sales assistance through live chats and phone conversations, emphasizing a luxury customer experience commensurate with the quality of our clients products.
- Product Proficiency: Develop and demonstrate detailed product knowledge in relation to the clients diamond types, gemstones, and exquisite jewelry.
- Omnichannel Deployment: Make efficient use of proprietary systems to manage tasks and encourage omnichannel communication.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, effectively achieving mission to foster a more sustainable, transparent, and empathetic jewelry industry.
