We are looking for a full-time licensed Physical Therapist to provide clinical coverage for our Lees Summit North, MO location. Education Level: Doctorate Degree. Job Shift: Day. Job Category: Health Care. Sign-on bonus up to $20,000. Responsibilities Evaluate and assess patients\' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans. Provide hands-on physical therapy using a variety of techniques, including joint mobilization. Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and home care strategies. Monitor and document patients\' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Stay up-to-date with advancements in physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice. Participate in marketing programs that educate patients on specific problems. Participate in key metric setting and follow up with goals set with colleagues. Qualifications Bachelor\'s, Master\'s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist or from a participating compact state. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Experience in orthopedics or sports physical therapy preferred. Specialized knowledge or experience in pediatrics/youth athletes is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
