Job Description

The Greer Group
is currently seeking dependable Assembly and Machine Operators to join our automotive manufacturing team. This
position is a temp to hire position. Great career opportunities with great
pay. Job stability and training is completed onsite. Payrate of $18.00. OT is required on
weekends. DT on Sundays if required to work.

Assembly

1st Shift: 6:15am - 2:30pm

Machine Operator

1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:15pm

The Assembly or Machine Operator will perform daily
production activities according to established standard work charts and work
instructions while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Machine Operator Responsibilities

· Follow daily production schedules and standard work instructions.

· Operate machinery and production equipment safely and independently.

· Monitor equipment operation and product quality throughout the
production process.

· Inspect finished products to ensure they meet established quality
standards.

· Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

· Report on equipment issues, quality concerns, or production problems
to the appropriate supervisor.

· Work effectively as part of a production team.

Assembly Responsibilities

· Perform daily production and assembly work according to established
standard work charts and instructions.

· Operate machinery and production equipment independently and safely.

· Monitor production processes to ensure products meet established
quality standards.

· Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.

· Identify and report quality issues, equipment problems, or production
concerns.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

· Meet established production and quality requirements.

· Work effectively with team members and supervisors in a manufacturing
environment.

Required Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED required.

· Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.

· Ability to operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.

· Commitment to workplace safety and company procedures.

· Must pass Background screening and Drug test.

Preferred Qualifications

· Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.

· Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus.

· Familiarity with standard work instructions and quality procedures is
helpful.
