Position Overview MadaLuxe is seeking an innovative and organized AI Program Manager to lead the organization’s AI program through managing intake, prioritization, governance, adoption, and delivery of AI initiatives. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to identify high‑value opportunities and ensure AI solutions are implemented responsibly and effectively. Reporting to the SVP of Business Technology & Transformation, this individual will help establish the company’s AI operating model, governance framework, and project portfolio while driving measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage the AI intake process and project pipeline. Evaluate, prioritize, and track AI initiatives based on business value and feasibility. Develop business cases, roadmaps, and success metrics. Provide regular updates to leadership on program status and results. Governance & Risk Management Support the development and enforcement of AI policies, standards, and best practices. Partner with Legal, HR, Security, and IT to ensure responsible AI use. Assess risks and compliance considerations for AI initiatives. Adoption & Change Management Drive AI awareness, training, and user adoption across the organization. Coordinate AI workshops, office hours, and champion networks. Measure adoption and identify opportunities to increase business impact. Delivery & Business Partnership Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to implement AI solutions. Track project execution, outcomes, and value realization. Ensure solutions transition successfully into ongoing business operations. Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, PMO, Business Transformation, or a related field. Experience leading cross‑functional business and technology initiatives. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Ability to evaluate business processes and identify improvement opportunities. Preferred Experience with Generative AI, automation, digital transformation, or analytics initiatives. Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, and change management practices. Experience in retail, ecommerce, supply chain, or consumer products environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
