Now we’re adding a Folding Carton Set-Up & Quality Assurance Operator to our high-performing Finishing Department. Your mission Bring precision, pace, and pride to every run. You’ll configure and operate folding-gluer equipment to exact specifications, keeping safety, quality, and throughput in perfect balance. How you’ll contribute Independently set up and adjust: feeder, glue system, plow/fold plates, compression sections, pack station, and inspection systems Validate folding sequence, glue placement, paperboard thickness, and scoring alignment Leverage automated/computer-controlled inspection to assure quality and make proactive corrections Perform routine preventive maintenance and complete minor repairs to minimize downtime Interpret job tickets, confirm schedules, manage inventory counts Finish strong with post-production cleanup and a safe, organized work area Champion safety practices and continuous improvement What you bring Background as a Folding Gluer Operator in printing, packaging, or folding cartons (preferred) Experience on Bobst or equivalent folding-gluer platforms (highly preferred) Mechanical problem-solver with keen attention to detail Knowledge of glue systems, scoring, folding sequences, and carton construction Comfort with production layouts and job tickets; proficient using calipers, rulers, and gauges Strong math skills for accurate measurements and conversions Team-oriented communicator who excels in fast-paced manufacturing High school diploma or equivalent Growth and rewards $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Competitive compensation with a 2nd-shift differential and comprehensive benefits People-centered, family-oriented culture with long-term stability Modern equipment and a clean, safe workplace committed to continuous improvement Oliver Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
