Job Details Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours per week: 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Location: Richlands, Virginia Schedule Night shift from 18:45 to 07:15. Guaranteed 36 hours per week. Responsibilities Provide specialized nursing care during labor and delivery. Assist in the care of newborns in the nursery. Monitor maternal and fetal well‑being, making clinical assessments as needed. Conduct and interpret fetal monitoring techniques. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care. Participate in patient and family education regarding care and discharge instructions. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year to 18 months of experience in maternal health care. Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, intermediate fetal monitoring or above, STABLE for nursery. Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
