The Carolina Inn has weekend CNA positions available - every other weekend only. Work two 12-hour shifts, earn your weekend differential, and have the next weekend completely free.

These positions work well as a second job, a way to gain assisted living experience, or a path into a full-time position here if one opens up.

Schedule options

Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)

Day shift: 7am-7pm
Middle Shift: 3pm-11pm

Night shift: 7pm-7am

Weekend shift differential included

What you'll earn

$13.00/hr base

Weekend shift differential on top

Consistent hours every other weekend - plan your life around it

What you'll do

Provide personal care and ADL assistance to our residents

Work alongside a licensed nurse on your floor

Monitor residents and report any changes

Document care and maintain a safe environment

What we need from you

Active NC CNA certification - must be on the NC Nurse Aide Registry (required)

Availability every other Saturday and Sunday (your chosen shift)

Reliable attendance - our residents count on you

Ability to pass background check and drug screen
