Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and experienced Server / Server Lead to join our team at Tailgaters Coit. The ideal candidate will embody our core values, deliver top-notch service, and contribute to our mission of creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Server / Server Lead, you will be responsible for managing the front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences, and leading a team of servers to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and attend to guest needs promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Manage server staff, including training, mentoring, and scheduling.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Engage with guests, building relationships and promoting a welcoming atmosphere.
• Participate in community events and initiatives, supporting our commitment to community-driven sports passion.
• Uphold our core values of excellence, hospitality, teamwork, and accountability in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Server, Server Lead, or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Passion for sports and community engagement is a plus.
